Even if you have been denied a traditional mortgage, we can help you become a homeowner.


​Are you currently renting and ready to buy? Or have you fallen just short of getting approved for a traditional mortgage loan?  Maybe life circumstances like an a job change, illness, divorce or student loans has caused you to be denied for a mortgage. Our Pathway to Home Ownership Program is designed to help people like you become homeowners.

WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY

1. Serious desire to become a homeowner           
2. Funds available to go towards downpayment 
3. Sufficient verifiable income for lease payments           
4. Good or Repairable credit

If you meet these criteria, we may be able to help you get into your home sooner rather than later.

Schedule a consultation with Jason and Marlene (zoom or phone call)

Once you are qualified by the Innovative Property Services Team, you will work with an experienced realtor to find your NEW HOME!

*Home must meet guidelines as specified by Innovative Property Services, LLC and be within your future purchase qualification budget.
